When we are in trouble, we feel that the Chief Minister’s Office to the Prime Minister’s Office will always be there to solve our problems. We know that the rules of law are the same for everyone whether they are rich or poor. How can we forget that everyone from a judge to a clerk is a human being, so if a person is corrupt, he misuses his position and deliberately ignores the rules of the law written in the constitution and promotes corruption, which leads to crime, corruption, unemployment, economic inequality, etc in the country?
Prime Minister’s Grievance Cell, India is a great example of corruption, where corruption is done without fear and panic and corrupt officials are saved. No matter who the government is, corrupt officials do corruption without fear.
The Grievance(PMOPG/E/2017/0145520) was illegally closed by the PMO in connivance with the Grievance Cell of the Secretariat of the two states of India. There was also a police inquiry of the former Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh in the Grievance(PMOPG/E/2017/0145520), to save whom the PMO deliberately kept the Grievance pending for four years illegally. when the PMO and the Himachal Secretariat did not find any reason to close the grievance illegally for four years. Then they illegally forwarded this Grievance to the Grievance Cell of the Uttar Pradesh Secretariat. I sent an email to the concerned officer of the Uttar Pradesh Secretariat about the illegal intentions of PMO and Himachal Pradesh Secretariat but Instead of forwarding this Grievance back to PMO and Himachal Pradesh Secretariat, Uttar Pradesh Secretariat’s official deliberately kept this Grievance(PMOPG/E/2017/0145520) pending till one month in Uttar Pradesh Secretariat. As per directions of PMO and Himachal Secretariat, Uttar Pradesh Secretariat’s official illegally closed this Grievance(PMOPG/E/2017/0145520) by the reason ”not related to Uttar Pradesh”.
When Grievance is illegally closed by PMO, Uttar Pradesh Secretariat, and Himachal Pradesh Secretariat, after that I also gave feedback in the Feedback option in Closed Grievance(PMOPG/E/2017/0145520), still, there is not any action on this feedback of Grievance by Prime Minister’s Grievance Cell.
When the Prime Minister’s Grievance Cell was keeping my grievance pending illegally and not giving updates on my grievance then I used the RTI Act-2005 law in PMO(Prime Minister Office). CPIO and FAA of PMO did not provide me updates on my grievance as per RTI Act-2005 then I made a Second Appeal in CIC(Central Information Commission) to get the updates of my above grievance as well as other grievance. After 2 years of waiting, I got a hearing date on 23.08.2021 in CIC(Central Information Commission) vide CIC/PMOIN/A/2019/635756, till then my grievance(PMOPG/E/2017/0145520) was illegally closed on the date 23.06.2021 by PMO with the help of the UP Secretariat and Himachal Pradesh Secretariat. I attended the hearing in CIC, Shri Y. K. SINHA, Chief Information Commissioner was dealing with our case in CIC. Representatives of PMO(Prime Minister Office) were also present in the hearing, I informed to Shri Y. K. SINHA, Chief Information Commissioner about the Illegally closed grievance(PMOPG/E/2017/0145520) by PMO. I informed to Shri Y. K. SINHA that there was also a police inquiry of the former Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh done in this grievance, To hide the corruption of the former Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh Government, PMO deliberately closed this grievance. Shri Y. K. SINHA told me that what can PMO do about this. Shri Y. K. SINHA did not write this verdict on his decision. It only boosts the morale of corrupt officials.
Keeping pending my grievance for four years, PMO illegally closed my grievance(PMOPG/E/2017/0145520) with help of the Himachal Pradesh Secretariat and Uttar Pradesh Secretariat. Then I immediately registered my grievance to President’s Secretariat vide grievance PRSEC/E/2021/16362 and requested to CBI inquiry about the above grievance. President Secretariat immediately forwarded this grievance to the same official of the Himachal Pradesh Secretariat who illegally closed the grievance(PMOPG/E/2017/0145520) with the help of PMO and Uttar Pradesh Secretariat. This grievance(PRSEC/E/2021/16362) is still pending from last one year in President’s Secretariat and Himachal Pradesh Secretariat. PMO wasted 4 years and illegally closed the grievance(PMOPG/E/2017/0145520). Now, this grievance(PRSEC/E/2021/16362) is pending in President’s Secretariat and Himachal Pradesh Secretariat for more than one year. It took a total of 5 years and there are not any updates on my grievance so far. Whenever I check the status of my grievance(PRSEC/E/2021/16362), it shows under process. There are no updates on my Grievance.
It was not so easy to fight against corruption. I had to bear mental and financial harassment.
